Kavinder Tomar is an accomplished digital trainer & coach with over 15 years of rich experience in technology, management and driving change. He is currently working with First Employment as Trainer in Chief. Prior to this, he was working in United Kingdom as COMMUNICATION OFFICER with STAFFORDSHIRE UNIVERSITY (SU), ENGLAND. He was participating MEMBER of UNIVERSITY BOARD OF GOVERNERS which also looks after the EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT.  He was also heading the prestigious digital student projects and training & development initiatives in 16000 student strong university. Over the years, his leadership experience has ranged from consulting-managing education business turn-around stories to being an advisor for learning and development to various educational institutions in India and now to being a founder-entrepreneur to various digital EdTech brands.
He completed his B.Engg (Hons) in Computing from Staffordshire University, UK, and later gained multiple master’s degrees namely MBA in Finance along with a Master in Mass Communication & Master in Psychology. He is been part of various skills training in & around in UKÂ as part of his role to better serve the student community. He started his training & development journey just after 2008 recession and for a very long time, was not ready to give out his secrets but as he loved to mentor students in increasing their productivity and as huge number of students started approaching him for help then he was determined to dedicate his life for the Couse of betterment of the students. He was shocked to learn that more that 70% of students approaching him were already paying super expensive websites and consultants for clarity in employment. He then decided that he will not let the student limitations define them. He believe in making things happen rather than just relying on expensive tools.
That’s It! He made a decision. A decision to bring the positive change in students life. This is how “FIRSTEMPLOYMENT.IN” Was Born 🙂
